Terms and Conditions
Free taster class & No joining fee
We offer everyone a taster class free. If you join within 48hrs of attending your
taster class
we will waive the one off joining fee currently set at £30.00. This offer is only
appplicable if you join via Direct Debit, in all other cases the membership fee is payable.
Direct Debit
Payment via Direct Debit is based on the number of sessions you attend
per week and not the total number of session you attend in any one
month. Payment days are available on the 1st or 15th of each month.
Your initial payment will
be prorata payment to include the number of days upto your payment date and the month
forward from your payment date. Where payment fails we will request the payment again within 5
working days, where payment has failed twice your package will be
suspended until payment is made. Forces Fit will continue to collect
payments until we are notified in writing that a member wishes to cancel
their membership.
Suspension
Payments can be suspended for planned periods of absence in excess of 15 days,
you are required to provide 5 days notice for any planned periods of absence.
Where notice given is less than 12 days from your next payment date we will be unable to affect your next
payment and will instead affect the following payment. If you are unable to attend sessions due to injury we request
that you contact the office immediately to request a suspension.
Cancellation
You are required to provide us with a minimum of 15 days
notice prior to your
next scheduled payment date should you wish to cancel your membership. No paid
for period of training will be refunded and please bear in mind you have the
option to suspend payments as required by contacting the office.

Debit /Credit Card
By using a credit/debit card to pay via the website, you confirm that
the card being used is yours, all credit/debit cards are subject to
validation and authorization checks. We are not responsible for your
card issuer or bank charging you as a result of our processing of your
credit/debit card payment (for example where insufficient funds are
available).
Location
All Forces Fit members are entitled to train at any of our sites. Regular
cross-location training at a site/s with a higher/lower price will affect
payments as required.
