Welcome to Forces Fit in Middlesbrough

Lead Instructor – Dean Hardy
Dean left the Forces in 2008 having served for 10 years both in Germany and the UK. During his service he was posted on several operational tours and represented the Army Boxing team for a number of years. Dean joined Forces Fit in 2011 with an intention of making Forces Fit Middlesborough the finest.

Parking & Meeting

Prissick Base is situated south of the town centre. We meet in the main carpark from the main road. 24hour Free parking is available. If travelling by bicycle please remember to bring a lock for security.

Minimum Equipment
Please bring minimum equipment to the classes as only valuables will be stored with the instructors.

Classes in Middlesbrough are currently suspended.
